Grading Icon is the general term for all files and documents that deal with the grades, attendance, and conducts in the system. Grading Icon has five sub-topic that covers different files or reports regarding different approach in the grading system.

SUBMIT

The first sub-topic is the Submit, it is an approach that addresses the Submission of grading sheets, conduct sheets, and Attendance sheets.

In Submit grading sheet you will see the list of all files together with status and action buttons. The title is just the term used for the file name of each grading sheet. This title is composed of a subject, grade level, school, and school year. The search bar is used to search specific files, in the figure above the sample search bar is the ID number of the students. Selection/option is the easiest or fastest way of finding the specific file you need. An action button comprises a menu, refresh, and new button. The Refresh button is when you want to reload/refresh the system. The button New is when you want to create or make a new grading sheet/file. The Button Menu is used if you want to have access to the system or to the setup of the system.

The Status is to indicate the standing or position of the file in the system. Status is composed of Draft, For Approval, Approved, and Canceled.

"Draft" Status is when the file or the record is not yet finished and finalized. "For Approval" Status is when the file is already finished and ready for approval. "Approved" status is when the attendance sheets are already finalized and approved. Lastly "Canceled" Status is when you cancel the approved file for a valid reason.

Figure 1.4 is a sample form upon clicking the new button. It allows you to enter a new record on the grading sheet. You will know if the form is a new form if the file name located on the upper left side of the screen is the "Not Save" word. Enter the necessary information and the needed attachment. In every sheet "Click here to upload" button is always present to authorize you in uploading the grades in the portal.

Submit Grades Guide pertains to submitting the grading sheet file for approval.

Amend is when you want to make changes to make it more accurate and correct.

Cancel Entry pertains to canceling the approval and it will become a draft.

The button Actions is used to identify if the sheets are for approval or being approved.

Conduct Sheet

Submitted status is when the attendance sheets are already uploaded and finalized.

Figure 2 is a sample page that presents the list for Conduct Sheets. Conduct sheets are the list of students in a particular grade and section that have and will be graded according to their characteristics or conduct. It is a sheet or table that has a student's name with the corresponding grade or mark.

Figure 2.3 is a sample form upon clicking the new button. It allows you to enter a new conduct sheet. Enter the necessary information and the needed attachment. You will know if the form is a new form if the file name located on the upper left side of the screen is "New Conduct Sheet" and the "Not Save" word.

Upon Clicking the save button the system will direct you to this form/page. As you can see the filename has been changed together with its status so you can input more information regarding the sheets. After inputting the needed information click the submit button to process and finalized the data. Then the system will send you a message box asking for your confirmation.

Attendance Sheet

Attendance sheets are the list of attendance of every student. It consists of a grade level, section, quarter, and month. It has the list of student's names with the corresponding number of presents and absences they do in a period.

You will know if the form is a new form if the file name located on the upper left side of the screen is "New Attendance Sheet" and the "Not Save" word. The same with the Conduct sheet the system will direct you to another form that allows you to put more information about the file, once you've done and you click submit the system will send you a confirmation to confirm the file that you make or generate.

Strand

A strand is a part of a track, the word "tracks" in a school organization is defined as the phasing where students are divided into different academic or approach to enhance their skills and knowledge in a specific field. There are different tracks these are Academic, Arts and Design, Sports, Technical, and Vocational. The track is composed of different strands for instance in an Academic track there are STEM, ABM, GAS, and HUMSS.

Figures 3.1 and 3.2 is a sample of a form record in strands, these forms are exclusively for the SHS students only. Strands are the preparations for college, it enhances the skills and expands the knowledge of the student.

Specialized Subject

A specialized subject is a specific or particular subject that needs to be analyzed, familiarized, and learned by the students to gain knowledge for a specific field. The specialized subject is just the specific subject under the strands.

Figures 4.1 and 4.2 is a sample of a form record of the specialized subject, these forms contain some information about the subject.

REMEDIAL

Figure 1: Remedial Report List

Remedial is a way or an approach in which intended to be an assessment and assistance to help the students who experience difficulties in their Studies. It allows the student to retake or repeat certain activities in order to pass.

As you can see in figure 2 the title or the filename is entitled "GSR##" which stands for Grading Sheet Remedial and the number of forms created.

The sample form content when you want to make new sheets. Upon inputting the needed information simply click the save button to process and saved the data.

REPORTS

A report is a type of document that presents the summary and full information or data of a particular matter. It holds accounts, written documents, and lists, for instance, lists of sheets, cards, grades, etc.

Master grade in its own word is the final grade, which in school it is used to show or present the final grade or the total average of the students in each subject.

Just like in master grade, the system also has an initial or the preliminary grade, the grades of a subject in each grading is an example of it. In the figure above no list display because the grades are finalized. But if you are curious the list is just similar to the list of master grading.

Report Card

A report Card is a type of report which presents the subject with the corresponding mark or grade of the student issued by the school. it is used to present the quality of the student's work in school.

From the word itself, the "subject needs upload" is the subject that needs to be uploaded. These are the subjects that are not graded and finalized yet.

Student Ranking Initial Grade

It presents the list or ranking of the students base on their initial grades.
