School feeds are the updated event or happenings that will be performed for the following day, week, or month. School Feeds are like news feeds that aware the students and staff of the school regarding the activities that will happen.

In School Feeds you will see the list of all feeds together with status and action buttons. The title is just the term used for the file name of each feed. The search bar is used to search specific files. An action button comprises a menu, refresh, and new button.

The Button Menu is used if you want to have access to the system to the setup of the system.

The Refresh button is when you want to reload/refresh the system. The button New is when you want to create or make a new School Feeds.

The Status is to indicate the standing or position of the file in the system. Status is composed of Draft, Submitted, and Canceled.

Draft status is when the file or the record is not yet finished and finalized Submitted status is when the attendance sheets are already uploaded and finalized. Lastly "Canceled" Status is when you cancel the approved file for a valid reason.

If you click a conduct sheet with the Draft status you will see this form. This form has basic information about the file. It has a button Save that pertains to submitting or saving the document/file.

If you click the sheet with the Submitted Status you will see a form that contains basic information about the file and the Cancel button that pertains to canceling the submitted feeds and it will become a draft.

If you click the sheet with the Canceled Status you will see a form that contains basic information about the file and the Amend button if you want to make changes to make it more accurate and correct.
