Grades are marks that are achieved by the students from the assessment of their performance in school. Grades are written in numbers with the corresponding descriptions in each level. Grades are the output of students' performance inside the classroom in each subject.

Submit Grades SHS Icon is a list of Grading Sheets containing students' names and grades of Senior High School Students. Here you can view, put or change the information in the grading sheets.

In Submit Specialized Subject Grade you will see the list of all files together with status and action buttons. The title is just the term used for the file name of each grading sheet. This title is composed of a subject, grade level, school, and school year. The search bar is used to search specific files, in the figure above the sample search bar is the ID number of the students. Selection/option is the easiest or fastest way of finding the specific file you need. An action button comprises a menu, refresh, and new button.

The Button Menu is used if you want to have access to the system or the setup of the system.

The Refresh button is when you want to reload/refresh the system. The button New is when you want to create or make a new grading sheet/file.

The Status is to indicate the standing or position of the file in the system. Status is composed of Draft, For Approval, Approved, Rejected, and Canceled.

"Draft" Status is when the file or the record is not yet finished and finalized. "For Approval" Status is when the file is already finished and ready for approval. "Approved" status is when the attendance sheets are already finalized and approved. "Rejected" Status is when the file is dismissed. Lastly "Canceled" Status is when you cancel the approved file for a valid reason.

If you click a conduct sheet with the Draft status you will see this form. This form has basic information about the file. It has a button Actions that allow you to choose the status of the file.

If you click the sheet with the Canceled Status you will see a form that contains basic information about the file and the Amend button if you want to make changes to make it more accurate and correct.

If you click the sheet with the Approved Status you will see a form that contains basic information about the file and the Cancel Entry button that pertains to canceling the approved documents and it will become a draft. In every sheet "Click here to upload" button is always present to authorize you in uploading the grades in the portal.

If you click a conduct sheet with the Rejected status you will see this form. This form has basic information about the file. It has a button Actions that allow you to approve the file.
