GRADE SCHOOL

  1. Go to ES Form 10 then fill in the necessary fields
  1. Click Menu > Print then Save
  1. Result > Ctrl+P to Print

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

  1. Go to Junior High 10 then fill in the necessary fields
  1. Click Menu > Print then Save
  1. Result > Ctrl+P to Print

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

  1. Go to Senior High Form 10 then fill in necessary fields
  1. Click Menu > Print then Save
  1. Result > Ctrl+P to Print
