College Finance

Finance is responsible for the planning, directing, and controlling of the financial activities of a certain school. They are behind all finance activities in school, which encompasses the educational opportunities for the students by raising revenue, allocating resources, and using the resources.

College Faculty

The College Faculty/Instructor will enter the mark of the student and submit it to Wela for approval of the Program Head/Dean.

Basic Education Faculty

The current flow of the Grading Module is to download a grading template specific to their grade level and subject, enter mark of the student and upload it back to Wela for approval of the coordinators. This workflow allows teachers to work offline and upload it back to Wela once connected to the net.

Principal

The Coordinator or the department Head are the ones who facilitate every department. They are the ones who divide and assign every plan and activity to the teachers and staff. They make sure that the department is in control and organized by monitoring and managing the staff. They lead, train, and sometimes set goals to ensure the operations or activities happening inside the school are in order and systematic.

Basic Education Registrar

The registrar is responsible for managing the records of the student such as academic results, financial accounts, registration process, class enrollment, and evaluating the student's credentials.

Parent

A school parent portal is a digital platform where parents and teachers can establish an effective communication pool. This tool can provide access to a child’s progress and understanding of the learning milestone. Parent portal acts as a window into the ward’s school activities and allows parents what exactly their kids are performing at school from timetables to grades.

Librarian

Library Module is used to track books within the school. Users can add books to this module and track borrowed, available, and overdue books with penalty imposed.

These are the kind of people who is responsible for managing the School Organization. They are the ones who make decisions and plan for the benefit of the school. They are organized and systematic in planning and making important decisions. They are goal-oriented and the one who directs necessary action to control and manage the school

College Cashier

Cashiers are responsible for taking payments and providing or issuing a receipt for every transaction that happens in the school cafeteria and stationery section. They also keep track of all cash and card transactions.

College Dean
