Make sure to identify the people who are in charge of the different departments where you will be needing data and information. Google form will be forwarded to the school to get their contact details. The implementation team will collect the responses while the salesperson shall be the one to coordinate with the school in getting their response. All key persons shall be on board with the implementation team through Viber.

Note: Each school has different decision-makers. Also, make sure to have contact numbers of all key personnel in each department (Especially the Registrar, Finance, Tellering/Cashier, Deans, Chairmen, MIS, Admin, and the likes.) Also, after getting their responses, make sure to submit a copy of their responses to the school's implementing head and have it signed as proof that those were the ones who submitted and had their accounts created by the team.
