The implementation team must make sure to list down all data forwarded and ensure a copy of it will be signed by the school. Any other data not forwarded which will result in major system difficulties shall constitute a breach and Wela shall not be held liable. (This is why deadlines in your letters are so important)

Note: Make sure to have a checklist on your own format (having your way of organizing your checklist will make it easier for you to crosscheck) See to it that you constantly review your checklist for the lacking data needed and ask the school for it.
